Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing lickn clip.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by Coastline Pet Products Inc., doing business as Lick n’ Clip, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Coastline Pet Products Inc.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor settings and manufacturing variation. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Lick n’ Clip is a patent-pending product. All product designs, branding, and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Coastline Pet Products Inc.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order are the prices that apply to that order.

We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Return Policy.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, taglines, and graphics — is the property of Coastline Pet Products Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Lick n’ Clip is a patent-pending product. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or manufacture of the product or its design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us (including via social media tags), you grant Coastline Pet Products Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with or without attribution. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Lick n’ Clip is designed as a grooming distraction tool for dogs. It is intended for use under human supervision. We make no warranty that the product is suitable for every dog or grooming scenario. You assume full responsibility for determining whether the product is appropriate for your pet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coastline Pet Products Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastline Pet Products Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

For customers located in the United States, you acknowledge that you are purchasing from a Canadian business and that Canadian law governs this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
