Our Policy

We want you and your dog to love Lick n’ Clip. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and components intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or opened outside of their original packaging. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@licknclip.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@licknclip.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
