Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase — there are no surprise fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

Customs & Duties (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipment notification.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@licknclip.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Lick n’ Clip is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense.
